Sweet Cherries + Sweet Vermouth + Campari + Gin

My favourite cocktail is the Negroni. Equal parts sweet vermouth, gin, and Campari, it’s simple, balanced, and endlessly riffable.

This jam is inspired by one of my more successful riffs on the Negroni, which involves a cherry garnish.
