Through my role as Creative Advisor at the Arrell Food Institute, I collaborated with chef, activist, and scholar Joshna Maharaj, and the team at Nourish to create a series of visual summaries for their Food Prescribing Field Scan Report (2024). The report explores how food prescribing, or linking access to nutritious food with health care delivery, can improve population health and reduce the impacts of food insecurity.

Through illustration and design, I translated key themes from the report into accessible visuals that highlight the transformative potential of using food as medicine in Canada’s health systems.
