Arrell Food Summit 2021
The Arrell Food Institute at the University of Guelph hosted the 4th annual Arrell Food Summit in October 2021, the second hosted online. The theme of the 2021 Summit was “Turning Ideas into Action,” and the agenda featured international speakers who explored how to turn ideas into action and accelerate food systems change.
I collaborated with the Arrell Food Summit team to create visual summaries of each 2021 Summit session. In these sessions, speakers explored the following topics: how to use food to decolonize institutions; challenges and opportunities in bridging gaps between government, industry, and others on progressive food policy; and creating transformative visions of food security.
