Rhubarb + Amarena Cherries + Sweet Vermouth

This rhubarb jam is studded with Amarena cherries, which are candied Italian cherries often used to garnish cocktails.

At the last minute, I decided to add a splash of sweet vermouth to give this jammy cocktail some extra body.
